sunday tango bexhill added extra


Carol Lee, a London based 'Alexander Technique' practitioner will attend the regular milongera marinera tango class this Sunday 6th April at the Centre Stage venue, Bexhill. 

 Carol will be demonstrating how the 'technique' can be utilized to improve both body posture and axis during the first session/class. 

What ever your level this has to be an absolute must for all dancers !
