Oscar & Sofia have invited Carol Lee, a London based Alexander Technique practitioner & tango dancer, to attend this coming Sundays class, 16th March, at the Centre Stage venue, Bexhill.
Carol will be demonstrating how the 'technique' can be utilized to improve body posture for tango dancers during the first session/class.
What ever your level this has to be an absolute must for all dancers !
